Rental FAQs
Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and insurance. Drivers under 21 may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional verification. A valid credit card is also required for all rentals.
All rentals require a non-refundable deposit equal to one day’s rental rate to confirm your reservation. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and credit card on file are also required prior to delivery or pickup.
If a rental is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup, the full rental amount will be charged. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, only the initial deposit will be retained.
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup for all rental units. Delivery rates may vary based on distance from our location. Contact us for an exact quote and availability in your area.
All units are delivered fully fueled and inspected before every rental. Renters are responsible for refueling prior to return, and for returning the equipment in the same clean, working condition as received. Cleaning or service fees may apply if needed.
